Rise of the Dark Hunters, Section 5: Kazarhani's Prize

Nokama ran as fast as she could. She was in Le-Metru when she ran into Matau.
"Nokama? Whats a Deep-Swimmer like you doing in Le-Metru?" Matau asked.
"Matau! I need your help. Travellers have been taken by the Dark Hunters." Nokama panted.
"And why do you need my help?" Matau asked. "I'm no Toa-Hero you know."
"I need a boat, a fast boat." Nokama explained.
"Well there is one boat that I've always wanted to test out." Matau muttered...

Traveller had never been more scared in his life. Two Dark Hunters had captured him and were taking him away from his new home: Metru-Nui. He didn't know why. He had never done anything to oppose the Dark Hunters before, it was a mystery why they were after him.

Nokama and Matau went speeding out of Metru-Nui. They were in a experimental Turbo-Boat. Matau was having loads of fun, Nokama couldn't wait to get off.
"Are you sure this is safe?" Nokama shouted over the sound of the engine.
"I think so!" Matau replied.
It had taken ages but they had caught up to the Dark Hunters. They where on a small island. They got out of the boat and walked inside.

Traveller had discovered who was really behind this now.
"Kazarhani. What do you want?" Traveller said sounding Brave and Scared at the same time.
"So then matoran you thought you could escape my realm. You shall be punished for this." Kazarhani roared.
"Keep away from him!" Called Nokama.
"Two matoran coming to save their friend, how cute." Kazarhani laughed. "I hate cute!"
"Then you'll hate me." Called Toa Nidhiki flying in and rescuing the matoran.
All four of them got into the Turbo-Boat and left.
"They will pay for this." Kazarhani said, consumed by rage...

Rise of the Dark Hunters, Section 4: A Traveller's Destination

Traveller was annoyed. The Toa of Earth did not believe that a Dark Hunter was in the archives. Traveller decided to go to Ga-Metru and find Nokama, she would know what to do. He found her in the Great Temple.
"Nokama!" Traveller called.
Nokama looked surprised, "Traveller, what are you doing here?" She asked.
"Its the Dark Hunters, their after me." He said.
"And we've found you, Matoran." Hissed an evil voice.
Suddenly two Dark Hunters, Zaktan and Avak, Jumped down.
"Why are you chasing me, what do you what?" Traveller asked, scared to death by their appearance.
"An old friend want's to see you." Zaktan hissed.
"And he's not very happy." Avak finished.
"Nether am I!" Shouted Toa Naho. "Put down that Matoran or else."
"Avak get that Matoran out of here. I will take down this foolish Toa." Zaktan ordered.
Avak grabbed Traveller and through him over his shoulder, then ran out of the temple. Hahli followed Avak out.
Meanwhile Zaktan was dodging Naho's attacks. "Is that the best you've got, Toa." Zaktan taunted.
"You're not so good either, Hunter" Naho snapped back.

Nokama followed them to the shore Avak got in his boat and sailed away with Traveller.
Where are they taking him. She wondered...

Rise of the Dark Hunters, Section 3: The Chase

After Swamp escaped, Turaga Dume ordered Toa Lhikan, Toa Nidhiki and Toa Naho, to capture the Dark Hunter. After what Hahli said, the Turaga thought it was best to not send to many Toa, just in case of another attack.
Little did he know that Dweller, a Dark Hunter, was lurking around in the Onu-Metru archives.

The Onu-Matoran who arrived in Ga-Metru, now named Traveller, was given the chance to work as an archivist. He didn't turn it down and now became a normal Onu-Matoran. He wished that he would never see another Dark Hunter again. But unfortunatly he wasn't going to get his wish.
Traveller was looking at a Nui-Rama. Dweller walked up to confront the matoran.
"Hello there little Matoran." Dweller said.
Traveller fell backwards in fear. Without warning the Nui-Rama flew out of its cage and began to attack Dweller.
Traveller ran away to find someone with more experience, someone like a Toa.

Toa Nidhiki was bored, they had been on this boat for days and still hadn't found Swamp.
"This is pointless." He complained.
"Brother, this mission is of great importance." Lhikan said.
Suddenly the boat was in tipped over and something flew out of the water.
"Its the Konohi-Dragon!" Naho shouted.
"No its Swamp." Lhikan corrected.
"I'll get him!" Nidhiki said as he flew up into the air and created a tornado. The strong winds made Swamp fall, knocking him out. They took him to a Toa stronghold to keep him out of trouble.
"Well I caught the Dark Hunter." Nidhiki gloated.
"Its not over yet friend." Lihkan said...

Rise of the Dark Hunters, Section 2: Failure in the Furnace

Toa Lhikan arrived at the Great Furnace. Shadow's were everywhere and the structure was battered.
"Looks like they've all ready left." Lhikan said to himself. He walked inside, he never let his guard down. If someone, or something was still in here, he would have to be ready for an Attack.
"Brother!" Toa Nidhiki called.
"Brother, What's a wind-rider like you doing here?" Lhikan asked.
"I came... when... I heard the Great Furnace had been attacked." Nidhiki said.
"Well all help is welcome." Lhikan said.
This isn't like Nidhiki. Lhikan thought, I'd better keep a close eye on him.

Nokama led the Onu-Matoran to her home. "What's your name?" Nokama asked.
"I don't know my name. All I remember is my escape from Kazarni's Realm and many centuries of Labour" The Onu-Matoran.
"You don't remember your name?" Nokama said confused, but she was glad the Onu-Matoran was speaking in full sentences now.
"Kazarni takes it all away." The Matoran said.
"I've heard legends about Kazarni. He's the brother of Artahka." Nokama said remembering the tale told by Turaga Dume.
"That him. The creature of a nightmare. We were tormented by him." The Matoran said.
"You said something about a cave before." Nokama said.
"Yes." The Onu-Matoran said. "A cave of darkness. I had to go through it to escape the Manas."
"And the dark hunters." Nokama said. "When I escaped the cave. I saw them." The Matoran said.
"Don't worry, your safe now." Nokama said softly.
"No-one's safe. Their coming. The Dark Hunters are coming." He said.
"Calm down. Let's get some rest. I have a class to teach tomorrow." She said and went to her bed. It had been a long night.

Suddenly Nidhiki knocked Lhikan to the ground with his Sword. The he shifted back into his original form. He was a Bone Hunter named Swamp.
"Time for you to fall." He said.
Lhikan shot a fire-ball at swamp, Knocking him over. Swamp got up and ran to the furnace. He pulled the key out shutting down all the power in Ta-Metru. Then he crushed the key with his own strength. Lhikan tried to stop him but it was to late. Swamp shifted into a Nui-Rama and flew away.
"Good bye Lhikan." Swamp said. He used his tail to trap Lhikan under the ruble and went to inform the Shadowed One of his victory...

Rise of the Dark Hunters, Section 1: The Traveler

Travellers visit Metru Nui all the time with many stories to tell. Some of Heroes. Some of Victory. But some of failure, treachery and darkness.
But one night in Ga-Metru a Onu-Matoran, not from Metru Nui, sailed in. He was shaking, not from the cold but from fear. "Hunters" He muttered.
Two Onu-Matoran, Nokama and Haili came to see him.
"Are you all-right?" Nokama asked.
"Hunters" The Onu-Matoran muttered as if she wasn't there.
"Its O.K." Haili said. "Were friends."
"The Hunters, The evil Hunters." He muttered, this time he noticed her.
"What Hunters? Tell us whats wrong." Nokama asked softly.
"So dark, That cave was so dark." The Matoran muttered. "The Hunters are coming."
"Hunters? Cave?" Haili said confused.
"Who's coming?" Nokama asked.
"The Dark Hunters!"

Toa Lhikan, Great Toa of Ta-Metru, watched the Silver Sea glimmer in the moonlight. Lhikan hated the water but he liked seeing this every night. Some times Lhikan felt lost. He had done his Duty yet still hasn't completed his Destiny.
"Toa Lhikan!" Jaller called. "Dark Hunters! There in the Great Furnace."
"I'm on my way. Jaller, get everyone to a safe place."
"Yes Lhikan." Jaller replied.
Lhikan ran as fast as he could. He wasn't going to let Ta-Metru fall into the hands of the Shadowed One.

"The Dark Hunters, there coming." The Onu-Matoran screamed.
"Haili. Tell Turaga Dume. I'll help this Matoran." Nokama ordered.
"There goes my Kolohi practice." Haili joked then ran to find the Turaga...

Tales of the Matoran Blockade of the Shadow

There were many stories of the Matoran and all told great tales of noble deeds done and accomplished by the Toa, protectors of the Matoran Universe, this one tells the tale of a humble Toa of Light fighting to protect the dark ages of Metru-Nui from the Destructive, evil brother of artahka, KARZHANI!
He had fought many shadowed foes such as the dreaded Dark Hunters and the giantous Kanohi Dragon and all overcomed them, but Karzhani was diffrent, lets face it he had become insane and evil all these days and very dangerous! In fact, from all the kidnapped Matoran who dared tresspass on his island were destroyed and there masks were used to resurrect dark beings who were killed and destroyed!
Karzhani was planning something on his Island, he wished to attack Metru Nui and take the masks of the Toa led by Toa Lhikan, and he interrogated the smart Nynrah Ghosts until they gave in and made new tools such as the Midak Skyblaster and the Nynrah Blaster! Karzhani upgraded his ressurected army with those exact tools and armour and sended out Squads, he was insane but he wasn't dumb, in boats with a Torque Cloak Prototype that would be able to cloak all the boats as far as 200,000 Miles distance apart for at least 2 Hours and 3 Minutes! They were very organized and skilled hunters and whoever could swim underwater were sended out as Torpedos that would destroy some of the structures! Karzhani had this attack all planned out!

The Toa of Light was just fighting some Rahkshii and Visorak and quickly cut them in a rapid second with his Triple Light Katana Blade capable of destroying a single Makuta in 3 Accurate Shots. He quickly ran and then he was stopped by a vision created by Arthakha, Arthaka demanded Toa of Light, It is me Arthakha, my brother Karzhani has resurrected dangerous and ancient villians from the past, You must stop him create a defence call the other Toa led by Lhikan, you must defeat him, but you must not face him alone! The Toa knew it, he quickly contacted the Toa and mounted a strong defence!
They quickly moved out and ordered the Matoran and Turaga Dume to retreat back until the threat was destroyed and crumbled. Then they saw him, Karzhani had a strong battle-army but they knew eveyone had a weakness! They quickly used their Mask Power that sunk the first ships but the others behind quickly landed, they fought with their blades and weapons held tight and quickly used acrobatic moves defeating more, but then they witnessed the strong power of The Midak SkyBlaster killing a Toa. The Toa of Light was strong and powerful and quickly used his telepathic powers and crushed all their weapons and at least 8 Squads. The Enemies had not given up and launched their state-of-the-art Laser Cannons destroying a few Toa! Lhikan quickly used his Fire Inferno boiling and melting the plating all the boats until there was only Karzhani's Ship Left!
Karzhani quickly Launched a ladder onto the Metru Nui ground and armed his Guards with the best armour the Nynrah Ghosts can Create! But that wasn't enough The Toa of Light unleashed his Power sending a wave that sent Karzhani all the way back to his realm and reparing the damage done to the city! After there were celebrations but no one could see their saviour but they observed a strange Mask, the Kanohi Avohki, The WILL OF TAKANUVA had been created!
